The Art of Holding Space is a deeply experiential workshop designed to explore the skill of presence, listening, and emotional containment. It offers a grounded introduction to what it truly means to hold space for yourself and others with awareness, compassion, and clarity.

Blending psychological understanding with embodied and intuitive practices, this workshop helps you develop the ability to stay present in moments of emotional intensity without fixing, judging, or withdrawing. Instead, you learn to meet experiences with steadiness and care.

This is a space for practitioners, facilitators, and anyone interested in deepening their relational skills, emotional awareness, and capacity to support healing in a conscious and respectful way.

When: Six Fridays, from May 8th to June 5th,

Time: 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm
